FFA has been retained to aquire and redevelop several propries in centeral El Paso Texas. This group of respected Latino service agencies have joined to gether to take advantage of grant funds as well as to become a Land banking asset holding community development organization. As such FFA has negociated the purchase of several sites and is working for a combination of CDBG and HUD grants to mix with Lenders requirement to create a redevelopment model in a very dispressed real estate area.

FFA also serves as the developer for affordable housing units, and commercial mixed use space and has developed a multi year plan for change in this communty.
